Day Wise Breakup
Day 1 :Welcome to Sri Lanka – the Pearl of the Indian Ocean! On to Kandy, en-route visit the Elephant Orphanage. Visit the famous Temple of Tooth Relic of Buddha.
“Ayubowan”- Welcome to Sri Lanka. Today, embark on your tour of Sri Lanka. On arrival in Colombo you will be greeted by your friendly Junction holidays Tour Manager/local representative outside the baggage hall area at the airport. Sit back in the comforts of your coach, as we drive to Kandy. En-route visit the 24 acres elephant orphanage in Pinnawela. Be captivated as you see elephants of all ages bathing in the river. This is also a breeding place for the greatest herd of elephants in the world. Afternoon is free at leisure. In the evening, we visit The Temple of the Tooth Relic - the focal point of the city with thousands of visitors worshipping to invoke blessings from the Sacred Tooth of Buddha. Tonight enjoy a sumptuous dinner at a local Indian restaurant
Overnight at Chaaya Citadel Hotel or similar in Kandy.
Day 2 : Visit the Royal Botanical Gardens. Visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress - declared as a World Heritage Site.
Enjoy an American Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Royal Botanical Garden that prides itself on an amazing variety of orchids, spice trees, palms, bushes, as well as tropical plants and flowers of many kinds.
Later sit back in the comforts of your coach, as we drive you to Sigiriya - declared as a World Heritage Site. On arrival, we climb the spectacular ‘Lion rock’ fortress of Sigiriya, standing majestically at 200m of height, overlooking the luscious green jungle surroundings, and is one of Sri Lanka’s major attractions.
Tonight, enjoy a delicious dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Overnight at Cinnamon Lodge or similar in Sigiriya.
Day 3 :Onto Bentota.
After an American breakfast, today we proceed to Bentota the beach destination of Sri Lanka. Bordered by the gentle flow of the Bentota River and the deep blue waters of the Indian Ocean, it is a joy to behold.
Later indulge in any beach activity like surfing, water skiing along the river, deep sea fishing etc on your own or just relax on the beach.
Tonight, enjoy a delicious dinner at a local Indian restaurant.
Overnight at Lihiniya Surf Hotel or similar in Bentota.
Day 4 :Onto the capital of Sri Lanka – Colombo.
Enjoy an American breakfast at the hotel and rest of the morning is free at leisure to explore the hotel or to enjoy different activities at the beach on your own.
Next, we proceed to Colombo – capital of Sri Lanka. A fascinating city with a comfortable blend of the East andWest, and a cozy mix of the past and the present.
On arrival enjoy an exciting city tour of Colombo, observing the old Parliament, the colonial buildings in the Fort area and the residential areas. Later visit the Kelaniya Temple, Colombo Museum and the Independence Square. Tonight, enjoy a hot sumptuous dinner at a local Indian restaurant.

Day 5 : Day free for leisure.
