Day 1 :Welcome to Europe – a beautiful blend of art, culture, history, nature and people. The adventure begins as you depart for Nice, on the Cote d’ Azur, the ‘Queen of the French Riviera’..
Today you embark on your exciting tour when you board your flight to Nice. Your Thomas Cook Tour Manager will greet you outside the baggage hall on arrival at the airport. We will then proceed to your hotel and check-in. Freshen up and relax in the comfort of your room. Today, in the evening, proceed on a panoramic city tour of Nice. Free time to take a leisurely stroll along ‘Promenade Des Anglais, a broad sea-front avenue that resembles a mile-long outdoor café. Relax on the beach amidst the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea on the French Riviera. Enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant.Overnight at Hotel Park Inn / Novotel or similar in Nice /Cannes.
Day 2 : Today, join us on an unforgettable excursion to Cannes and Marseille.
After a buffet breakfast this morning, board your coach as we proceed to Cannes – ‘Star city’ of the Cote d’ Azur, famous for its prestigious events, especially the International film festival, the most important of them all. The classy Promenade de la Croissette, the Palais des Festivals, the Avenue of Stars where a thousand handprints of famous celebrities have been immortalized. We then proceed to Marseille, the second largest city in France. This afternoon enjoy a delicious Indian lunch. Later meet your local guide who will take you on a city tour. See the famous 19th century basilica, the Notre Dame de la Garde. From here you will get an exceptional view of the city, the islands of the Frioul and the castle. Drive through La Canabiere, the main street of Marseille, lined with beautiful hotels and cafes on either side. At the end of the street see the beautiful Longchamp Palace with its majestic fountains. Proceed to Vieux port, heart of Marseille.On the quai you will see La Criee (Marseilles Famous theatre) and Place Thiars, lively square dotted with restaurants and bars. Later, drive back to Nice where a delicious dinner awaits you at an Indian restaurant.Overnight at Hotel Park Inn / Novotel or similar in Nice / Cannes.
Day 3 : Today, visit the wealthy principality of Monaco and Monte Carlo. Step into the exotic land of Italy. Guided city tour of Genoa, the historic port city of Italy.
After a buffet breakfast this morning, check out and proceed on a tour of Nice. Next, proceed to the wealthy principality of Monaco and Monte Carlo – one of the smallest states in Europe and a genuine high point of your tour. Later, photograph yourself with the Grand Palace, in the backdrop, the residence of Prince Albert, the Ruler of Monaco. You will be amazed at the spectacular view from Monaco and Monte Carlo over the Mediterranean Sea. You also have an opportunity to try your luck at the Grand Casino, the most famous casino in Europe. Next we drive you on the most famous Formula 1 Grand Prix racing circuit. After a delicious Indian lunch, continue your journey to Genoa - the beautiful port city of Italy and the boyhood home of Christopher Columbus. On arrival, proceed on a guided city tour of this beautiful city with its incredible attractions and a stunning artistic heritage. Be stunned by its medieval old town - the biggest in Europe, the intricate alleyways, the 16th century palazzos, baroque edifices, and Romanesque churches, looming over the little piazzas. Also see the boyhood home of Christopher Columbus. Stroll by the harbour with its many fishing boats. After an Indian dinner at an Indian restaurant, check in to your hotel.Overnight at Hotel Columbus Sea or similar in Genoa.
Day 4 : Fly back home.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
• Multiple entry UK visa.
• Multiple entry Schengen visa. The costs of UK and Schengen visas are included in your tour price.
• This cost includes documentation, processing and consulate fees.
• The Schengen Visa on your tour is valid for travel to Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France and Greece. (In case of any change in the European Community visa policy, additional -charges will be applicable.)
MEDICAL INSURANCE
Normal insurance charges amounting to Rs. 750 for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price.
However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those who wish to extend their stay will be required
to pay additional charges.
WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
• If you wish to travel in advance i.e., before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure or like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge of minimum INR 5,000 per person per way (subject to availability of seats for the given dates & ticket validity). The exact additional charge will be advised to you on confirmation of the deviation date.
• Cost of Basic Travel Quota equivalent to USD 10,000.
• Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as of 30th November 2010 rates).
• The tour cost does not include POE charges and passport charges.
• No porterage included.
• Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, minibar, telephone calls etc.
• Tips of any nature i.e. drivers, guides, etc.
• Meals other than that what is mentioned in your itinerary.
• For passengers traveling EX-DEL / MAA / HYD / BLR / AMD / CCU may have to travel EX-BOM to avail this tour. The domestic ticket cost for the same is not included in the tour cost.

POINTS TO BE NOTED
• Passengers joining this tour must travel to / from the hub city at their own expense. • The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on November 30, 2010. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Junction Holidays will not be held responsible for the same. • Indian Lunches and Dinners and local meals are pre set and a-la carte is not possible. • Breakfast will be buffet which includes tea, coffee, cereal, juice, bread, butter, hot eggs and fruits. • Indian lunches are vegetarian lunches. • Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Junction Holidays will not be liable for the same. • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour. • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or other services. • Due to private coaches being forbidden inside the cities of Rome, Florence, Venice, Amsterdam etc, most of your sightseeing will be done by local buses and by foot. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible. • Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as Air Show, World Athletic Meet, the Motor Show, Ice Skating Championships etc, the hotels may be blocked out more than two years in advance. In view of this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the itineraries may have to be altered / amended. • We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.• The Leaning Tower of Pisa is an 8 storey structure with no lift and 294 slippery marble steps, hence we do not visit from inside • On certain days the changing of guards may not take place at the Buckingham Palace. • The Eiffel Tower on certain days due to strong wind conditions or being overcrowded may close the third level. • On certain days, due to closure of the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s basilica, Versailles Palace, The Louvre Museum, Lord's stadium etc. the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the itinerary. • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. • For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However all the services will remain the same. • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour. • A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour. • Making note of the varied interests of our past clients, we have not deemed the Lido Show essential to be a part of the tour cost. • In case you decide to change the date of your return reservation once confirmed a fee amounting to USD 75 is payable by you directly to the airline. • Tours operated are subject to RBI/GOI regulations.
