2 Nights & 3 Days 2N Port Blair

Day 1 :

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning and transfer to respective hotel and rest till afternoon. In the afternoon proceed for Harbour Cruise (Viper Island), covering seven ports by boats, and u can see one of the big floating dry dock, the island naval harbour and mainland going vessel harbour. Late evening witness the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Over night stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair.

Day 2 :

After breakfast, start off for a full- day excursion to Coral Island (North Bay) to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other marine life. This is an ideal place for snorkeling as this sandy beach coupled with clear water creates a breathtaking spectacle. Please carry your lunch pack, drinking water & changing dress. After North Bay, Visit Ross Island, the former residential and administrative island of the British during their rule of South East Asia, was nick named the Paris of the East. This island was completely destroyed in an earthquake, now in ruins. Evening, visit the Corbyn’s Cove Beach - 7 kms from Port Blair - a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking & bathing. Over night stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair.

Day 3 :

Return home with memories of the ultimate holidays.

Entry tickets & Government boat tickets at all sightseeing points mentioned in the itinerary.

Above Rates are not inclusive of the following:

1. Airfare / Ship fare from mainland
2. Lunch & Dinner
3. Payments for service provided on a personal basis
4. Personal expense such as laundry, Camera Charges or any other services
5. Cost incurred due to mishaps, strikes, political unrest etc.

EXTRA CHARGES
Extra bed	- 35% of the per couple rate + 1.03% GST
Child W/O ex bed (05 – 12yrs.)	- 25% of the per couple rate + 1.03% GST
Child (2 yr - 5 yrs)	- 10% of the per couple rate + 1.03% GST

Usefull Information

1. Check in time as per the flight timings starts with 0630 to 1200 hrs.

2. Please note that our executive will hold placard at the only one exit at the Port Blair Airport.

3. Incase the guest are arriving by ship the same procedure applies as above at the main harbour.

4. Tour program will be advised to you by our executive at the very first you land in airport(please note
tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions here in Port Blair as the place
is almost covered by tropical forest).

5. The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract &
will change sector wise.

6. The program are made day or two days in prior and will be advised to the respective driver by our
logistic department and drivers will adhere the same alterations are not permitted by the drivers in
case due to weather change as mentioned above alterations can made by the logistic department
and same will be advised.

7. As the vehicle & drivers change always we request you to be careful with personal belongings.

8. We make contingencies plans so that the sight seeing and tour program do not fall on a closing day.

9. Sight seeing points remain closed on government holidays.

10. Ships sails for Havelock at 0630 hrs,1200hrs and 1400hrs and 1430 hrs return from Havelock same
day at 1400 hrs and 1600 hrs ship belongs to Government under Andaman & Nicobar Administration and
mainly sailing of ships totally depends on weather conditions. Child above 03yrs will be charged full. No
cancellation and refund will be entertained once the tickets were purchased.

11. Trip to Baratang Island, Rangat and Mayabunder and Diglipur is connected by surface transport by gov-
ernment and private bus as well rates will be vary in both types of busses bus starts from Port Blair at
0430hrs.0500 hrs,0730 hrs and 1130 hrs as per the distance concern. These above said trips depends
on the clearance of road conditions and in this trip bus need to cross vehicle carrier at respective areas
accordingly rates for this trip differs starting minimum Rs.55/= onwards Rs.300/=.

12. Our tour program is inclusive of all entry tickets i.e. in museum and memorial etc. as per itinerary.

13. Due to inclement weather condition at Port Blair some places guest can visit Islands but not advisable
for snorkeling due to less or nil transparency of water and some places live coral which is seen by glass
bottom boat will effect due rain and cloudy weather, Light & Sound program which is totally depend on
weather condition reason it is in amply theater Style.

14. All entry tickets are applicable for child above 03 yrs.

15. As the area is isolated from mainland but rich in nature and beauty (Lush green dense forest, mangrove
creeks, and virgin beaches) but can not be matched to those available in the plains and other developed
destinations.

16. In Port Blair majority of the hotels constructed by cement structure but in Havelock Island mostly all resorts
are made entirely Eco Friendly.

17. We do not have star category hotels in Port Blair so we termed as Luxury, deluxe and Budget category in
all hotels extra person sharing the room child with extra bed will be proved mattress/rollovers as per
requirement. Extra amount will be charge for the child above 03 yrs.

18. In hotels lift facility is not available and guest may have to climb stairs no hotels are made more than
3-5 floors.

19. In & out all area of Andaman scarcity of water and electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are
requested to bear with such problems as may advice during the tour to overcome with this problem
guests are requested to follow the basic principle “SAVE WATER SAVE ELECTRICITY”

20. There will no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be the reason.

KINDLY NOTE:

1. Check out time for most of the hotels mentioned is 0700 hrs

2. Please note that our Executive will hold placard with your name just outside the only exit gate of the Terminal.

3. The vehicle used will be exclusive for the couple / group but will not be at disposal. It will be as per contract & will change at advised / mentioned.

4. Though the Islands have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations.

5. Hotel / Resort selection is on the basis of "SERVICES" provided.

6. In Port Blair area scarcity of water is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living. Guests are requested to cooperate with any such problem faced during the tour.

TERMS:

Incase of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
The hotel and servcies as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.

PAYMENT POLICY :

50% at the time of Reservation.
50% Prior 10 Days of Arrival.
Payment should be made in favour of “Destination Andaman Dot In,” Only.
Last moment reservation will be acceptable by Cash Deposit only.
Due to non receipt of full payment we have rights to cancel the services of customer.
